Manufacturing is in small quantities with careful measurement, observation, and quality control at every step. We avoid any and all unnecessary fillers that increase volume or sound good on the label, but may harm sensitive skin, cause allergic reactions, cause degradation or spoilage, and have no active role in performance of the product.

Ethics / Truth. Because of our plastic surgery heritage, our standards must be peerless. We avoid the marketing hype, sensationalism, and extravagant claims of many brands. Instead, we rely upon product strength, the best that medical science has today for skin care.

Return Policy. If you are dissatisfied with a shipment or product you receive, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, if it contains at least 50% of the product. There is a minimum 15% handling fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. A replacement product will be supplied upon return of a product which was damaged in shipping or otherwise proven defective. We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable. Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. A return cannot be accepted without a return authorization number (RGA). The RGA can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Dept. The RGA number must also appear on the box that is being returned. Returns without a RGA number will be refused. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point. Shipping. Plastic Surgeon Skin Care offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders over $99 (excluding taxes) within the 48 Contiguous States in the U.S. For orders outside the 48 Contiguous States, a shipping charge will be calculated based on the delivery location. This shipping charge will not show up at the time of checkout. Instead, a customer service representative will contact customers by phone and/or e-mail to confirm the shipping charge prior to processing the credit card payment. For orders in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, outside continental US and Canada, please email us for a shipping quote.
The shipping charge for orders under $100.00 is $6.95 per order for standard ground shipping.

Standard Delivery Time - Packages arrive in approx. 3 - 10 business days directly to your mailbox. Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail when your order is shipped.

Sales Tax. We do not collect sales tax on items, except for deliveries within California. California purchases are charged 7.75% state sales tax, which is calculated during checkout.

We do not submit or license any information about you to other agencies, websites, companies, or individuals. The information we collect to complete your transaction is manually shredded once your order has shipped. Non-encrypted e-mail communication may be accessed and viewed by other internet users while the e-mail is being sent to us, so transmission of confidential information by this means is discouraged.
